Are tools, clay, and aprons included in my pottery class?

Yes. We provide every student with 25 pounds of fresh clay, use of all needed tools, and a clean apron at the start of every class session.

Can I cancel my class and receive a refund?

Classes cannot be rescheduled less than 7 days before the class is scheduled to begin. If you cancel at least 7 days before the class begins, you will receive a full refund, minus a $5 credit card processing fee.

Can I postpone my 4-week class to a later date?

I registered for the wrong class, can I switch classes?

Left-behind greenware and stoneware policy for students:

Any greenware left behind following the conclusion of week 4 will be recycled to make room for the next session.

If you want to save your work but are unable to come pick it up, you have the option to roll your class over into a membership. To do so, please buy a membership and write us note saying you're "rolling over" your class work. We will transfer your class work to your new membership shelf.

Any bisqueware/stoneware or glazeware left from a class that has not been picked up at the conclusion of course will be held for 4 weeks following the conclusion of the course. After 4 weeks we have to donate them to make shelf space, unfortunately. Please see a staff member to view the storage area of the past 4 weeks.
